    If you have a softwood floor, this product MAY NOT be for you. I was so heartbroken when the suction cups didn’t work. I have endometriosis and the only thing scientifically proven to lower cytokines is exercise. I finally DID get it to work when I put it under a dresser and used the dresser’s wood to hold my feet in place. Once you do that, its very handy.

    I had no problem following the directions to attach it to my tile floor. That was about 1 month ago and it is still fastened very securely to the floor. The up/down adjustment for the bar that holds your feet in make it easy to adjust and get fairly comfortable. Now I just need to be motivated to use it more than I have been! 😆

    Pretty good product. Easy to use and assemble, my only two complaints is that it can be a bit uncomfortable at the back of the knees, but I just put a towel down behind my knees and its fine. Also some of the screws were too big or the diameter of the holes drilled were too small, so they don’t go in all the way.
